Mostbet blocked my account with 170 000 BDT and is not responding

I had over 170,000 BDT in my Mostbet account (Player ID: 109119295). On August 30, 2023, my account was suddenly blocked without any proper explanation. I received a message referring to general terms (Clause 2.10), but no specific reason or proof was given.
I have tried to contact their support multiple times via email and chat, but they have ignored all my messages. I have done nothing wrong and believe this action is unfair. I am requesting either:
The reactivation of my account, or
A full refund of my balance.
Mostbet is refusing to cooperate and not replying anymore. Please help me resolve this issue.
Bookmaker Rating considers player claims for which the period does not exceed three months.
