Жалоба на неправильно рассчитанную ставку в букмекерской конторе 10bet — 25 Июня 2015

Здравствуйте! 24.06.15 сначала поставил доматчевую ставку на американский бейсбол HOU Astros[L. McCullers] vs. LA Angels[M. Shoemaker] на ТМ(7.5) по кэфу 2.1 на сумму 51 евро. Потом уже по ходу матча поставил на этот же матч HOU Astros[L. McCullers] vs. LA Angels[M. Shoemaker] [0:0] в лайве на ТБ(6.5) по кэфу 1.92 сумму 56 евро. Матч закончился со счетом 2-1 в пользу LA Angels.
В итоге ставку на ТМ в 51 евро вернули с кэфом 1. А ставку на ТБ, сделанную по ходу матча рассчитали проигранной.
Насколько я понял, в этом матче произошла смена питчера у команды LA Angels. Вместо M. Shoemaker питчером был A. Heaney. Согласно правил именно из-за смены питчера доматчевую ставку и отменили. Но в таком случае должны же были также отменить и ставку в лайве, т.к. в этой ставке тоже был указан неверный питчер.
В прикрепленном мною скриншоте видно, что в обоих ставках указаны одинаковые питчеры.
Вот цитата моего обращения в службу поддержки:
