I am Md Apel, a registered affiliate partner of Pro1Bet. My affiliate username is applehasan, affiliate ID: 2833036, and email address: [email protected].
I received my last affiliate commission on 15 December 2024, amounting to $36.38. Since then, from 16 December 2024 to 27 May 2025, I have referred multiple users to Pro1Bet who successfully registered and made deposits. According to my affiliate dashboard, I have earned a total commission of $414.23.
Despite multiple attempts to contact my affiliate manager, I was given misleading information and was falsely told that I earned no commission. Even after presenting proof from my dashboard, my complaint was ignored, and I received delayed or evasive responses.
I would like to state clearly that my dashboard shows valid information regarding player registrations, deposits, and earned commission. Therefore, denying my rightful payment is unethical, unfair, and amounts to fraud.
I humbly request you to investigate this matter and take immediate steps to ensure that my unpaid commission of $414.23 is paid to me without further delay.
